TRI-HARDER is a free AI triathlon coaching app that connects to your training data — from Strava or intervals.icu — and provides personalised coaching analysis, training plans, and downloadable reports.
Unlike generic training plan generators, TRI-HARDER actually understands your training. It knows your recent workouts, your race goals, your injury history, and your fitness metrics. When you ask it a question, it answers with context — not boilerplate.
